Our first build day

Well today was it, the day we have waited for for months, and what a day. 2 teams, 2 sites and apparently not enough leaders. Team alpha started with extremely poor site choice thanks to JB and there were many opportunities for inspector involvement and penalty notices. We were greeted by our home partners in a very moving ceremony and then set pace to work our butts off. And work we did, digging footings, shifting cement blocks, breaking rocks for cement and best of all trekking what seemed like Everest base camp to get water.
